Awigo, it’s already in us all. Learn how to use it.
Awigo isn’t something new you have to learn from the outside, it’s something that’s already working within you.
Every time you notice a feeling, make a choice, or find calm after tension, the three parts of Awigo are already at play.
1. Awareness, The Noticing
Awareness is your ability to see clearly.
It’s the part of you that simply notices what’s happening, your thoughts, your feelings, your surroundings, without immediately judging or reacting.
Awareness gives you space; it’s what allows you to pause before you act.
2. Ego, The Protector
Ego helps you survive and function.
It’s the part that says, “I need food, safety, respect, love.”
Ego gives you shape and direction, but it can also overreact, making you fearful or defensive.
Learning Awigo doesn’t mean silencing the ego; it means understanding it.
3. The “I” Self, The Harmoniser
The “I” self is where balance happens.
It listens to Awareness and Ego, and then helps you choose wisely.
It doesn’t erase tension; it guides it into harmony.
When the “I” self is active, life feels calmer, decisions feel clearer, and peace arises naturally.
Living Awigo
You don’t have to become someone new to live Awigo.
You already have Awareness. You already have Ego.
You already have the “I” self that can bring them together.
Learning Awigo simply means recognising these parts and letting them work together, moment by moment, choice by choice.
That’s when peace and wisdom stop being things you chase and start being the way you live.
